Vegetable Stirfry

Source: James May: Oh Cook Season 1, Episode 1 Asian Fusion on Amazon Prime.

Ingredients:

3 cm ginger cut into matchsticks.

1 clove garlic, grated.

4 mini sweet corns, cut lengthwise.

1 red bell pepper, cut in large pieces.

1 Pak soi, cut in 4 parts lengthwise.

handfull sugar snap peas.

1 red chilli, cut in rings.

1 tbsp vegetable oil.

1/2 tbsp sesame oil.<

Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok.

Add the ginger and garlic. Stirfry for 1 minute.

Add the sweet corn. Stirfry for 1 minute.

Add the peppers. Stirfry for 1 minute.

Add the sugar snap peas. Stirfry for 1 minute.

Add the chillies. Stirfry for 1 minute.

Add the pak soi. Stirfry for 1/2 a minute.

Prep : 5.5 minutes

Cook : 5.5 minutes
